What we collect
When you order, we collect what you give us in the order form:
- your name and phone number
- your email address, if you give it
- your delivery address, if you choose delivery
- what you ordered, when, and the amount
Why we use it
- to take your order, prepare it and hand it over to you (GDPR Article 6(1)(b))
- to contact you about your order
- to keep the records tax law requires (GDPR Article 6(1)(c))
We do not sell your data and we do not send you marketing without your consent.
Who processes it for us
- NexPOS runs this shop and our till system and stores your order on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep orders and invoices for 7 years, as tax law requires. After that they are deleted.
Cookies
This shop only uses the cookies needed for your basket and your order. There are no tracking or advertising cookies.
Your rights
