Terms and right to cancel

About these terms

These terms apply to orders in this online shop. The seller is iConnectStore, Rue des Poissonniers 14, 1000 Brussels.

Your order

The products on this page are not a binding offer. When you send your order you make an offer to buy, and the contract is made when we confirm your order.

Prices and payment

Prices are final prices, including VAT. Any delivery fee is shown before you order. You pay when you collect in the shop.

Collection and delivery

You collect your order in the shop, or we deliver it within our delivery area. We let you know when it is ready.

Your right to cancel

As a consumer you can cancel this contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The 14 days start on the day you receive the goods. To cancel, tell us clearly by email to iconnectstore.be@gmail.com. It is enough to send your message before the 14 days are over.

What happens when you cancel

We refund everything you paid without delay, and at the latest within 14 days of hearing from you, to the same payment method. We may wait until we have the goods back. Bring the goods back to the shop or send them to us; you pay the cost of sending them back.

The right to cancel does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, to goods made to your specification, or to goods that go off quickly.

Guarantee

You have the legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years on goods. If something is wrong with a product, contact us.
